Astro Digital US, Inc. was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Littleton, Colorado, with an additional office in Santa Clara, California. The company positions itself as a "mission accelerator," removing cost, schedule, and technical risk barriers for satellite operators through its modular Corvus bus platform family, which spans 6U CubeSat to ESPA-Class spacecraft and supports orbits from LEO to GEO.

Astro Digital claims over 40 years of combined on-orbit heritage across its team, more than 35 satellites delivered, and 10 missions currently operating. Beyond bus manufacturing, the company offers full mission design, program management, constellation design, and satellite operations through its own mission control center and ground network.

In November 2024, Astro Digital signed an agreement with Sony Space Communications Corporation to design, manufacture, and launch two satellites, extending its track record of turnkey satellite delivery for commercial and government customers.
