ISS-JEM Small Satellite Deployment Service

Space BD provides satellite deployment services from the International Space Station’s Japanese Experiment Module (JEM/Kibo) airlock, operated by JAXA. As the authorized commercial agent for JAXA’s JEM satellite deployment program in Japan, Space BD handles payload integration, logistics, and ISS interface requirements for small satellite customers. Satellites (CubeSats up to 6U) are transferred to Kibo via cargo resupply missions, then deployed by the JEM Small Satellite Orbital Deployer (J-SSOD) into low Earth orbit.
