About

Upholding the small form, minimal weight, and conservative power usage of its predecessors while boasting solid multiprocessor CPU performance, the Xiphos Q7 is a hybrid environment of powerful CPUs and reprogrammable logic. It is ideal for space applications that require high processing power and flexibility, and is often used for image processing, signal processing, and control applications such as satellite imaging, visual inspection, and autonomous navigation. Most processors are powered off during launch, and both the Q7 and Q8 have flight heritage embedded in launch vehicle avionics.
