About
PFO 1040 provides continuous, real-time particle monitoring for facilities where larger particles (>5 µm) settle on surfaces and cause contamination, eliminating manual sample retrieval and reducing operational cost and monitoring time. It detects contamination events and fallout trends automatically without physical sample collection, for use in clean manufacturing, assembly operations, optical systems protection, semiconductor facilities, and space-related ground operations.
