CAVACam is designed for high-quality imaging inside ultra-clean vacuum environments for research, testing, and industrial applications. It features low-outgassing design to minimize contamination, modular architecture supporting a wide range of CCD and EMCCD detector options (front- or back-illuminated), cryogenic/Peltier cooling capability, and replaceable detectors for easy upgrades, available in F-model (conflat flange) or S-model (fully vacuum-immersible) configurations.
