About
ThinAir Plus merges a ThinKom Ka2517 phased array with a LEO-only electronically steered array (ESA) in a single installation for resiliency, flexibility and efficiency. The Ka2517 VICTS component provides Ka GEO, MEO and LEO operation as the primary data pipe, while the LEO-only ESA supports current and emergent LEO networks with low-latency connectivity, minimizing dark tails and optimizing the passenger experience.
