About
PIVOT is a balloon azimuth servo-system pointing platform delivering less than 1 degree of independent pointing accuracy. It includes built-in pendulation dampening and can slew at rates up to 30 degrees per second. The NASA and CSA-compliant system supports payloads from 10 to 3000kg, drawing 50W of power at 24/48 VDC supply, and offers RS-232/485/GigE/DIO interfaces along with optional GPS input.
