About
DRS is a high-altitude data drop module enabling data recovery from the stratosphere, triggerable on-command, with 5TB of storage capacity per unit. It includes tracking and prediction software providing less than 200m landing prediction accuracy, along with plug-and-play GigE/WiFi interfaces. The module draws just 5W at 5 VDC, weighs less than 2kg per unit, offers optional GPS/Iridium transponder capability, and holds NASA/CSA certification.
