GaAs (gallium arsenide) solar panels with integrated electromagnetic torquer coils for CubeSat structures. Side version (SXC-SGS-03) mounts on the side edge of a 1U body; end version (SXC-SGE-03) mounts on the end faces of 1U/3U bodies. Multiple panels can be combined.
