SpacePower-50 is the first in a new line of space-qualified Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPA), leveraging Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology. This SSPA ranges from 5 watts to 50 watts of RF output power and is radiation hardened with no SEL, mitigated SEU, with a total dose of up to 100 krads (Si).
