About
The Scalable Compute Platform is a flight-demonstrated, flexible edge-compute payload providing a full Linux high-performance-computing environment for onboard inference, payload-data triage, autonomous mission-planning support, and edge workflows, decoupled from the spacecraft’s flight computer. Generation 2 is flight-proven on the OTP-2 mission, in orbit since March 2025, while Generation 3, offering roughly 12 times the AI performance, has been built and is set to debut on the OTP-2B mission in late 2026.
