MST is a mobile weather-proof and self-propelled structure, which can travel inside the launch facility on two parallel railway tracks consisting of two rails each due to traveling gear representing four self-propelled balance trucks. MST is equipped with the gates at its front and rear ends, stationary and folding service platforms, elevator, hoist of 5 ton load capacity (part of auxiliary equipment), emergency evacuation system.
