LS is a metal structure on which the equipment as follows is assembled: 4 Frames for ILV weight load taking; 4 Frames for ILV holdup when wind forcing; 2 Masts for supply lines connexion to ILV. Inside the frame basements the sets of electric and hydraulic equipment for the Frames motion provision are placed. Also different lines connecting to ILV are laid along the Frames.
