About
MMIC phase shifter (PS) controls the phase of the input signals of the L-band. MIS is developed on the basis of silicon-germanium BiKMOS technology. The basis of the MIS FV circuit design is the vector addition of orthogonal signals. MMIC has differential inputs and outputs. Phase states are controlled by a parallel 6-bit code supplied to a non-linear current DAC. MMIC PS allows you to set the phase state with high accuracy while maintaining low power consumption.
