About

ISIPOD is a family of spring-loaded, tuna-can-style CubeSat deployers developed by ISIS – Innovative Solutions In Space (ISISPACE Group) of Delft, the Netherlands. Together with the related QuadPack and DuoPack product lines, ISIPOD deployers are marketed as the world-leading and most-flown CubeSat launch adapters, providing simple, well-defined mechanical and electrical interfaces between CubeSats internally and the launch vehicle externally. The ISIPOD product line accommodates 1U, 2U and 3U CubeSats (and combinations thereof), with an optimized balance between internal/external volume and payload/deployer mass. Each unit uses an easily resettable hold-down and release mechanism, requires no charging or batteries, and is offered in a FAR/ITAR-free design with redundant deployment signals and long storage life. ISIPOD deployers are sold in combination with ISISPACE’s turn-key ISILaunch Services or with tailored integration support, targeting CubeSat and nanosatellite developers, universities, and commercial smallsat operators needing qualified, flight-proven deployment hardware. The product line has extensive flight heritage dating back to 2013 across launch vehicles including PSLV, Dnepr, Antares, Soyuz, Vega, LM-2D, LM-11, Atlas V and Falcon 9.
