The Eurostar Neo is Airbus Defence and Space’s next-generation geostationary telecommunications satellite platform. It is built to host very large payloads from 3 kW up to 25 kW of payload power, making it one of the most powerful satellite platforms in the world. The platform supports advanced electric propulsion for station-keeping and orbit raising, enabling significant launch mass savings. Key customers include Eutelsat (Hot Bird 13G, Eutelsat 10B), and Inmarsat (I-6 F1 and F2). It entered service from 2022.
