EH is a flexible single-sided printed circuit board on a thin, dielectric base made of fiberglass or polyimide film with a resistive printed conductor made of manganin foil of a certain configuration deposited on it. A protective dielectric coating of a polyimide film or varnish is applied over the conductor. EHs can be made with extension wires that are soldered to the EH pads.
