About
The AIS-ILIS3 is AIS’s highest-power ionic liquid electrospray thruster, using EMI-Im propellant to produce an estimated 289uN of thrust. The 94x94x42mm form factor targets larger CubeSat platforms (3U and above). The ILIS3 represents the top of the AIS electrospray thruster lineup, providing nearly six times the estimated thrust of the ILIS2 family. Power requirements, total impulse, ISP, and orbital movement data are TBD pending development completion. Status: IN DEVELOPMENT.
