About
ALTER Technology’s Environmental Testing service evaluates durability and reliability of electronic components, materials, and systems under extreme conditions. Thermal and climatic stress testing includes accelerated bias aging, cryogenic temperature evaluation, extreme temperature testing, Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST), humidity testing, temperature cycling, thermal shock, and thermal vacuum testing. Mechanical and environmental resistance testing covers mechanical testing, preconditioning, radiation testing, and salt atmosphere testing. Compliance testing includes Ingress Protection (IP) and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing. Test reports include DUT positioning documentation, graphical test conditions, high-resolution before/after images, anomaly identification, and thermal mapping data. The facility holds ENAC accreditation (345/LE 809), Notified Body status for EMC Directive 2004/108/EC, and international recognition by NIST (USA), RRA (South Korea), and NATA (Australia).
