About
ALTER Technology’s Electrical Testing service evaluates electronic components and systems to assess electrical behavior and ensure devices meet specifications for their operational environments. ESD testing is accredited to EN 61000-4-2 with capability up to 16.5 kV in both contact and air-discharge modes. Electrical characterization for passive and active devices includes high-power dielectric withstanding voltage testing to 12 kV, LCR device characterization up to 3 GHz, temperature range testing from −80 °C to +200 °C, femtoampere-level bias current measurements, A/D and D/A converter testing up to 24 bits, digital interfaces supporting 1000+ I/O capability, and RF/Microwave characterization including power testing and life testing. Testing helps ensure product quality, minimize field failures, optimize energy efficiency, and reduce production costs.
