WISeSat Space (WISeKey)

WISeSat.Space Corp. is a Swiss satellite IoT company headquartered in Cointrin (Geneva), Switzerland, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of WISeKey International Holding. It provides satellite-based IoT connectivity through a constellation of picosatellites in low Earth orbit, with end-to-end message encryption powered by WISeKey's digital trust platform, giving customers secure Device-to-Device and sensor communications independent of terrestrial infrastructure.

The satellite platform is developed with FOSSA Systems, a partner since 2021, which has supported the design and deployment of 17+ picosatellites to date; SpaceX has launched the satellites as rideshare payloads on Falcon 9 missions from Vandenberg Space Force Base, most recently in January 2025 and June 2025. Quantum-resilient security is provided in cooperation with SEALSQ, whose post-quantum cryptography and Quantum RootKey secure elements protect data from device to space and back, and which also underpins SEALCOIN, a machine-to-machine value-exchange layer for the WISeSat ecosystem.

WISeSat is pursuing a public listing on Nasdaq (proposed ticker WSAT) via a SPAC business combination with Columbus Acquisition Corp (Nasdaq: COLA), under a Business Combination Agreement signed November 9, 2025; the associated Form F-4 registration statement was filed with, and later confidentially amended before, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission during the first half of 2026.
