VVDN Technologies was founded in 2007 in Gurugram, India, as an end-to-end product engineering and electronics manufacturing partner to Prime OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. With 18+ years of R&D experience the company has grown to span voice, video, data, and networking technology for automotive, industrial, defence, aviation and telecommunications sectors.

In aerospace and defence, VVDN provides mission-critical solutions across tactical communications (Software Defined Radios, 5G Network-in-a-Box, private 5G, airborne data links), intelligent surveillance (radar, EO/IR, AI video analytics), avionics LRUs and aircraft data networks (Time-Sensitive Ethernet), unmanned aerial systems (combat, surveillance, counter-UAS, logistics UAVs), and missile/precision munition guidance electronics. In the space and satellite communications domain, the company showcased Satcom/NTN (Non-Terrestrial Network) systems and flat-panel array antennas for satellite connectivity at MWC Barcelona 2026.

VVDN holds AS9100:2016 Rev D, DO-178C Level B, DO-160G, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and ISO 27001 certifications. The company has manufacturing parks across Manesar, Pollachi, Visakhapatnam and other Indian locations, and offices in the USA, Europe, Japan, South Korea, and Vietnam. Notable partnerships include Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) for joint defence manufacturing, Ericsson for passive antenna localisation, and an acquisition of GGS Engineering in 2025.
