VestaSpace Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a Pune (Maharashtra, India) based space-technology startup founded in 2018 by astronautical engineer Arun Kumar Sureban. The company positioned itself as a builder of compact small-satellite platforms — CubeSats and nanosatellites — aimed at commercial, government, and academic customers seeking low-cost access to technology demonstration, Earth observation, IoT/M2M and communications missions.

Alongside satellite hardware, VestaSpace developed mission management and monitoring software intended to let customers plan, operate and track small-satellite missions, and it stated cooperation with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on early CubeSat activity. In March 2020 the company said it had deployed its first CubeSat carrying a roughly 10 kg payload for climate-monitoring purposes.

In May 2020 VestaSpace announced a USD 10 million Series A round led by US-based Next Capital LLC, with plans to launch a 35-satellite constellation for 5G/IoT connectivity starting in 2021. The constellation was never realized and the company's corporate website (vestaspace.com and the later vestaspacetech.com/.net domains) is no longer online — the domains are either parked/for-sale or unresolvable as of 2026, and independent trackers (e.g. Tracxn) list the company's status as inactive/deadpooled.
