CIPHOR (formerly TSC Technologies Private Limited, also known as TSC Tech Labs) is an Indian aerospace startup founded in 2020 in Bengaluru, Karnataka, providing end-to-end nanosatellite development, launch support, and STEM education services for universities, colleges, schools, and private clients. The company has built and supported the launch of multiple educational nanosatellites, including JITsat, GHRCEsat, and SriShakthiSat, all three of which were launched on ISRO's PSLV-C51 mission from Satish Dhawan Space Centre on 28 February 2021 as part of the UNITYsat mission. CIPHOR's services cover CanSat and CubeSat platform development, onboard computer and battery board design, ground station setup on client campuses, radio frequency registration, post-launch telemetry support, and space technology education programs. The company has also pursued defence contracts with the Indian Navy. CIPHOR contributes to India's growing university space program by enabling educational institutions to develop and launch their own satellites with professional engineering support and end-to-end mission services.
