SatixFy Communications

SatixFy Communications is an Israeli semiconductor company founded in 2012 and headquartered in Rehovot, Israel, specializing in chipsets and solutions for satellite communications. The company designs next-generation modem chips, Software Defined Radio (SDR) platforms, and Electronically Steered Multi-Beam Antenna (ESMA) technology that enable advanced DVB-S2X and RCS2 compliant VSAT modems, user terminals, space processors, and satellite payloads for LEO, MEO, and GEO systems. SatixFy shipped over 120,000 S-IDU wideband DVB-S2X VSAT modems and launched a world-first 1 GHz LEO/GEO modem chip. In April 2025, MDA Space announced an acquisition of SatixFy for approximately $193 million.
