Rovial Space SAS is a French in-space assembly and solar power company headquartered in Colomiers, Toulouse, founded in 2022, developing AI-enabled robotic systems for assembly, maintenance, and repair of large orbital structures — particularly high-power solar platforms — targeting the space industry's need for substantially greater orbital power than current satellite capabilities (25–30 kW). The company's Rovial Breakthrough™ Solar Space Platform delivers 100 kW–500 kW initial power output, assembled and maintained in orbit by autonomous robots, with applications in satellite lifetime extension, payload inspection, in-orbit maintenance and repair, and enabling large-scale orbital infrastructure. Rovial Space targets commercial satellite operators, space agencies, and constellation builders requiring significantly greater orbital power density and in-orbit servicing infrastructure to enable next-generation communications, Earth observation, and industrial space operations.
