Orbitworks is a UAE space technology company headquartered in Abu Dhabi with a 50,000 sq ft purpose-built satellite manufacturing facility including a 15,000 sq ft ISO cleanroom, developing and operating the Altair constellation of AI-enabled Earth observation satellites with onboard edge computing for real-time in-orbit data processing and intelligence generation, alongside the Cockpit Mission Control Software for secure web-based payload tasking and operations. The company's Altair satellites serve defence (RF detection, border and maritime monitoring, persistent intelligence), civil (disaster response, environmental monitoring, infrastructure oversight), and commercial (asset monitoring, supply chain visibility, operational data services) sectors, with access models including Physical Missions, Virtual Missions (software deployment to the satellite), On-Demand access, and Assembly, Integration and Testing services. Orbitworks aims to provide "faster, simpler and more sovereign" space access through AI-enabled satellite intelligence manufactured in the UAE, serving government and commercial customers across the Gulf region and globally.
