About OrbitsIQ Global

OrbitsIQ Global (OIQ) is a Luxembourg-headquartered connectivity technology company building a unified platform that merges terrestrial cellular networks (4G/5G/private) with satellite non-terrestrial networks (NTN) so that vehicles, machines, vessels and other mobile or remote assets never lose connectivity. Its flagship product, OIQ MOVE, is an AI-driven Smart Switching software layer that continuously monitors available terrestrial and satellite links and automatically routes traffic over the best-performing, most secure path in real time, combined with zero-trust security and standards-based (3GPP TN/NTN) architecture.

In September-October 2025, OIQ Global acquired UNIO Enterprise, a Munich (Germany) based connectivity start-up founded in 2022 as a joint venture of Isar Aerospace, Reflex Aerospace, Mynaric and SES that had developed the UNIO Move hybrid connectivity solution for mobility before entering insolvency. The combined company retained and continued development of the UNIO/MOVE technology under the OrbitsIQ Global brand, and the resulting platform is now marketed as OIQ MOVE. Note: despite the internal marketplace label "Unio (Italy)", extensive research found no Italian headquarters, subsidiary or registration for either UNIO Enterprise (Munich, Germany) or OrbitsIQ Global (Luxembourg, with additional offices in the United States) - the "Italy" attribution could not be verified from any public source and appears to be an error in the original data seed.

OrbitsIQ Global's technology has been piloted with a leading German automotive OEM (achieving 99.9% coverage with automatic TN/NTN switching), with Pfaffmann Winery and AVL for autonomous/teleoperated agricultural machinery, with SEAFAR and Urban Waterway Logistics for inland-waterway vessel teleoperation, and with HHLA Sky for cargo-drone command and telemetry links. The company participates in industry bodies including 5GAA (5G Automotive Association), one6G, the Mobile Satellite Services Association (MSSA) and DLR's Innospace program, and integrates with agricultural data platforms such as agrirouter.
