OrbitArch

OrbitArch is an early-stage space situational awareness startup founded in 2024 by Naman Chawla at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Dubai campus. The company is developing a quantum radar-based tracking system capable of detecting and monitoring orbital objects as small as 1 centimeter in diameter, well below the threshold of current radar systems. OrbitArch's neural network algorithms analyze tracking data to predict potential collision events weeks in advance and initiate autonomous avoidance maneuvers, enabling proactive space traffic management. The company has participated in the UN International Telecommunication Union Space Sustainability Forum and advanced to the semifinals of the Eureka business competition in Dubai.
