OmniTeq

OmniTeq is a US-based space technology company offering spacecraft design and manufacturing services, data analytics, cloud computing, and software solutions for commercial and government space missions. The company developed the VariSat nanosatellite constellation concept for near-real-time AIS vessel tracking and Earth observation services. OmniTeq was acquired by ProXopS LLC in August 2023, joining a broader portfolio of IT systems and systems engineering capabilities serving NASA and other government agencies. The combined entity leverages spacecraft manufacturing expertise alongside systems engineering capabilities at NASA's Kennedy Space Center and Johnson Space Center.
