NSO (Netherlands Space Office)

The Netherlands Space Office (NSO) is the national space agency of the Netherlands, established in 2009 to coordinate, promote, and develop the Dutch space sector and represent the Netherlands in international space governance forums including ESA and the UN Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space. NSO advises the Dutch government on space policy, manages the Netherlands' participation in ESA programs, and supports the growth of the Dutch space industry through co-funding, knowledge transfer, and international partnership development. The Netherlands is home to major space companies including Airbus Defence and Space Netherlands, Bradford Space, and a vibrant cluster of innovative space startups and research institutions supported by NSO's industry engagement programs.
