About LeoStella

LeoStella is a joint venture between Thales Alenia Space and BlackSky Holdings, headquartered in a dedicated production and assembly facility in Tukwila, Washington. The company combines Thales Alenia Space's spacecraft engineering heritage with a commercial small-satellite manufacturing approach, with a mission to design, build, and deliver high-availability LEO smallsat constellations at scale.

LeoStella's core product is its LS series of satellite buses (LS-100, LS-200, LS-300), which have flown for parent company BlackSky's Earth observation constellation as well as for third-party customers such as Loft Orbital, which used the LS-100 bus for its YAM-3 and YAM-5 rideshare missions.

The company's standalone web presence has since folded into parent BlackSky (leostella.com now redirects to blacksky.com), reflecting closer integration between the two organizations; this card documents LeoStella's satellite bus product line via historical archive.
