Bureau 1440

Bureau 1440 LLC (ООО «Бюро 1440») is a Russian aerospace company founded in 2020 and headquartered in Moscow, developing a commercial low Earth orbit broadband satellite constellation providing global high-speed internet connectivity with data rates up to 1 Gbps per user and signal latency below 70 milliseconds. The constellation operates at 800 km altitude with inter-satellite laser communication links (ISL), with two operational missions (Рассвет-1 and Рассвет-2) having placed the initial 6 satellites in orbit, and plans to expand by 16 additional satellites by March 2026. Bureau 1440 targets telecommunications operators, transportation, mining, emergency services, and remote region customers requiring reliable broadband connectivity beyond the reach of terrestrial networks.
