JSC Information Satellite Systems — Reshetnev Company (ISS Reshetnev; Russian: АО «Информационные спутниковые системы» имени академика М.Ф. Решетнёва) is Russia's leading spacecraft and satellite manufacturer, headquartered in Zheleznogorsk (Krasnoyarsk Krai, Siberia) and named after its founder, academician Mikhail Reshetnev. The company is the primary Russian manufacturer of communications, navigation, and geodetic satellites, producing the GLONASS navigation satellite constellation — Russia's equivalent of GPS — as well as Express and Yamal series commercial communications satellites, and Luch data relay satellites. ISS Reshetnev manufactures spacecraft buses ranging from small to heavy class and has produced more than 1,300 spacecraft over its 60+ year history. The company operates within Russia's state space corporation Roscosmos and is a critical element of Russia's national space infrastructure.
