Interstel Technologies / COSMOS (Collaborative and Open Source Mission Operations Software) is a US-based space mission software organization developing open-source satellite operations software for small satellite and CubeSat operators. The COSMOS project provides a comprehensive ground control software framework including telemetry processing, telecommand generation, data visualization, mission planning, and scripting tools — enabling CubeSat operators and small satellite teams to build robust ground control systems without licensing expensive proprietary software. The framework is used by universities, research institutes, and commercial smallsat operators to operate their satellites at low cost.
