German Orbital Systems GmbH is a Berlin-based small satellite platform developer and mission services provider, founded in 2014. The company offers three modular CubeSat platforms — the 3U D-STAR ONE (flight heritage), 6U RAVEN (flight heritage), and 16U SLOT (engineering model) — along with the innovative GROOVE platform enabling up to 10 payloads to share a single 3U bus for hosted mission services. German Orbital Systems provides mission design, engineering, assembly and testing, launch support, and satellite operations, delivering launch-ready satellites in approximately six months from contract through cost-effective COTS component sourcing and adaptable designs.
