Deep Blue Aerospace (Jiangsu Deep Blue Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd.) is a private Chinese reusable-rocket company founded in November 2016 by Huo Liang and headquartered in Nantong, Jiangsu Province. It is developing the partially reusable Nebula-1 launch vehicle (about 2,000 kg to low Earth orbit), whose first orbital flight campaign is under way in 2026, along with the larger Nebula-2, powered by in-house Thunder methalox/kerolox engines.
