Chang Guang Satellite Technology (长光卫星技术) is a Chinese commercial Earth observation company founded in 2014 in Changchun as a spin-off from the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics (CIOMP). The company operates the Jilin-1 constellation — China's first commercial high-resolution remote sensing satellite network — with over 100 satellites providing optical imagery, video, and spectral data. Chang Guang is the largest commercial EO operator in China.
