Aurora Resistojet Module for Collision Avoidance (ARM-C)
Compact 0.05U water-propellant resistojet thruster for CubeSat collision avoidance — ~100g, single unit supports satellites up to 25kg, 4 flight models delivered.
Description
The Aurora Resistojet Module for Collision Avoidance (ARM-C) is a compact resistojet thruster occupying just 0.05U, roughly the size of a Swiss Army knife, using water as propellant. It is purpose-built for collision avoidance maneuvers, providing efficient and lightweight propulsion to safeguard satellites and extend mission life.
A single ARM-C unit supports satellites up to 25 kg, while 2–10 units can be scaled to serve satellites up to 300 kg. The module weighs approximately 100 grams and has already been delivered as 4 customer flight models, demonstrating flight heritage in a highly scalable, low-mass form factor.
