Alpha Design Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (ADTL) is an Indian defence and space electronics company founded in 2004 under India's Make in India initiative, headquartered in Bangalore. The company designs, manufactures, assembles, tests, qualifies, and integrates defence electronics, avionics, and space satellite systems for Indian and export markets.

ADTL has grown to over 1,200 employees and serves premier customers including ISRO, DRDO, HAL, and BEL, as well as international clients in Israel, the USA, and Germany — with approximately 60% of production exported. The company's space division supports satellite assembly, integration, and testing (AIT) for ISRO missions, contributing to programs such as Chandrayaan and weather satellites.

ADTL is India's leading manufacturer of software-defined radios (SDRs) for military communications, and also produces electronic warfare systems, C3I systems, and opto-electronics. The company operates several state-of-the-art manufacturing and clean-room facilities in Bangalore and holds multiple industry certifications for defence-grade production.
