Description
Aether is Aethero's multi-platform software framework for deployment and management of fleet systems across Aethero Edge Computing Modules. It enables Over-the-Air (OTA) software updates across distributed spacecraft computing infrastructure. The platform synthesizes high-value time-series AI/ML edge-processed space data from Aethero computing modules to provide near-real-time actionable operational insights at scale. It integrates external data sources via APIs and supports multi-modal AI/ML workloads in the cloud. The underlying software stack (ECM-OS and MCU-RTOS) is heavily optimized as a thin headless system running hypervisor/containerized applications. Onboard services include CSP (CubeSat Space Protocol), Kubernetes clustering, MPS (Multi Process Service) framework, OTA update mechanisms, and diagnostic/performance metrics reporting.
