About ADA Space
ADA Space (Chengdu Guoxing Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd., Chinese: 成都国星航天科技有限公司) is a Chinese commercial satellite company founded in May 2018 in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, developing AI-enabled Earth observation and on-orbit computing satellites. The company is building the Three-Body Computing Constellation (Xingshidai), a planned network of 2,800 low Earth orbit satellites designed to deliver distributed AI computing infrastructure in space, combining Earth observation payloads with inter-satellite laser communication links at up to 100 Gbps and onboard AI processing capabilities. ADA Space launched the Tianyan-02/Xingshidai-8 satellite in September 2024, described as the world's first AI large-model scientific satellite, followed by the first 12 satellites of the Three-Body Computing Constellation via Long March 2D from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in May 2025. The company filed for a listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in January 2025 and has raised over USD 145 million in venture funding from investors including Hengjian Holding (Guangdong government-linked), Shenzhen Oriental Fortune Capital, and Beijing Bohua Capital.
